Yes. We have an agreement with several of the existing cabin residents who have cabins of the same model, so it is always possible to enter a finished cabin in Veggli Fjellgrend. Please contact Jonny to make an appointment.
Is it noisy to have a cabin in a developing cabin area?
In short, no. All infrastructure in the field is now completely finished for all cabins, including water and sewage systems, electricity and fiber. The elements used for the construction of the cabin itself have a high degree of completion. This means that Lende's skilled carpenters can complete the exterior of a cabin in just 3-4 days. After that, the carpenters work inside and with very little disturbance to surrounding cabins.
Why do you build with prefabricated elements?
This way of building results in getting the cabin faster under roof, better moisture control, less transportation and a far better experience for existing cabin owners.
The cabins in Veggli Fjellgrend are built from elements with a high degree of completion with inserted windows, pre-treated exterior cladding, insulated walls and finished roof elements. This means that the exterior of the cabins are completely finished in 3-4 days and contributes to much less construction waste and noise for neighbors. When the exterior is finished, the carpenters work inside with very little disturbance to the surrounding cabins in the field.
Why don't you use a real estate agent?
We know both the cabins and the area inside out, and believe we can give you better information ourselves. We use Megleroppgjøret AS to handle the purchase contract and the actual settlement, so that both parties have complete peace of mind.
Can you rent out your cabin in Veggli Fjellgrend?
It is possible to rent out your cabin in Veggli Fjellgrend when you are not using it yourself. It can be a great way to part-finance your cabin dream.
What about practical matters such as plowing etc. in Veggli Fjellgrend?
The cabin area is already organized through Sameiet Veggli Fjellgrend. This ensures that agreements on plowing, summer road maintenance, insurance of the cabins, etc. are well taken care of on good terms.
