Veggli Fjellgrend AS is 65% owned by Roar Paulsrud AS and 35% by Z-Holding AS.

Roar Paulsrud AS is an older company with long-term plans at Vegglifjell. They are committed to quality, efficiency and solidity. The group has a turnover of over NOK 1 billion and equity of NOK 376 million.
Roald Paulsrud AS has three element factories in its extensive portfolio. The elements for the cabins in Veggli Fjellgrend will be built in one of these.
Z-Holding AS
Z-Holding AS is 100% owned by Jonny Holm. Jonny has extensive experience in cabin construction and project development. He is one of the founders of Lende Hytter, and has been involved in the project Veggli Fjellgrend since the beginning. Jonny also contributes extensive local knowledge of Vegglifjell and the surrounding area.
Together, the companies complement each other and ensure that all cabin buyers get what they are promised with full financial security.
Buy without costly intermediaries
Veggli Fjellgrend AS sells the cabins itself, without the use of a real estate agent. Jonny Holm will act as the contact person for you as a customer. That way we can always give you direct and detailed information about the cabins, the area and us as a company.
We use Megleroppgjøret AS to handle the purchase contract and the actual settlement, so that both parties have complete peace of mind.
